Who We Are
Recovery Experts was founded by two women with a passion for guiding clients through recovery and training clinicians in trauma-informed care.
For those on their recovery journey, Recovery Experts offers a variety of groups. We have a unique focus on Sexual Addiction and Betrayal Trauma. We also offer other groups with a focus on grief, couples work, parenting, and more to come.
For Mental Health Professionals, we offer CEUs with a trauma-informed focus. We are strong believers that one should never stop expanding their knowledge. We focus our CEUs on training clinicians to use various modalities for trauma-informed care.
Our full team at Recovery Experts is passionate about the work we do. We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of clients and professionals in the world of trauma and addiction recovery.

Kathy has over a decade of experience treating Sexual Addiction and Betrayal Trauma. She is very passionate about sharing her knowledge with other clinicians. She is also a keynote speaker and presenter with extensive experience with clergy, executive teams, and clinical professionals. Kathy believes that the best way to help those affected by addiction is by training clinical professionals to meet the challenges of recovery treatment.
Kylee Ostler, COO
Kylee is a client and leadership expert with over 15 years of work experience in operations, data analytics, collaboration, and managing teams. She has a unique skill set for increasing efficiency in cost-effective ways. Kylee is passionate about being a resource for businesses that assist in addiction recovery. As a mother, daughter, and friend of those who have experienced addiction, she has seen the power a highly trained clinician can inspire in their clients.
